Our workmanship warranty is straightforward. If a problem is caused by how we installed the roof, it’s covered. If it’s caused by nature or the materials, it falls under the manufacturer warranty or insurance.

A licensed inspector visits your property, typically within 48 hours of your call. We assess the issue and determine whether it falls under workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty, or requires an insurance claim.
If the issue is covered under our workmanship warranty, we schedule and complete the repair at no cost to you. No invoice, no deductible, no dispute. If the issue falls under the manufacturer warranty, we coordinate the claim on your behalf.
Storm damage isn’t covered under workmanship warranty, but PeakShield will assist you with your insurance claim at no charge. Our insurance support process handles documentation, adjuster meetings, and denials.
PeakShield’s workmanship warranty is tied to the property, not the person. It transfers to the new homeowner within the remaining warranty term at no additional charge — and can be a selling point when listing your home.
