5Estimates & Pricing

Written estimates provided by PeakShield during an on-site inspection represent our good-faith pricing at the time of the inspection and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Pricing is subject to change based on material cost fluctuations, changes in project scope discovered during installation, permit fees assessed by local jurisdictions, or other unforeseen conditions. Any changes to the written estimate require written agreement by both parties before work proceeds.

6Warranty Disclaimer

PeakShield Roofing Florida provides an 8-Year workmanship warranty on completed roof installation projects, subject to the terms and exclusions described at peakshieldfl.com/warranty/. This warranty is separate from and in addition to any manufacturer material warranty provided by GAF, Owens Corning, or other material suppliers.

The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by storms, acts of nature, structural movement, modifications by third parties, normal wear and tear, or any condition not attributable to PeakShield’s workmanship. The warranty is non-transferable except as expressly described on the warranty page.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, this Site and all content on it are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7Limitation of Liability
